Just 2 days left and we’ll know if the Academy Members have grown a brain this past year.

Hugh Laurie better be nominated again and carry that pointy statue home ! We’ve seen House slowly falling apart over the season. Coping in his own way with guilt and tragedy and his attempt to change his life. To be worthy of some kind of happiness with a certain hospital administrator.

If only for those last scenes in ‘Both Sides Now’ and that detox scene in ‘Under My Skin’,  that award would be well merited.

We’re not that worried for Hugh, That nomination is ‘in the pocket’.

However Lisa could be overlooked AGAIN !  This would be unforgivable.

Especially this Season, she has amazed us all with wonderful performances in episodes like ‘Joy’ and ‘Both Sides Now’. Showing us the struggle of a new single mom coping with parenthood. Finally getting what she has thought herself to want and then doubting if she made the right decision. A 40-something career women re-assessing her life and discovering resurfaced feelings for a man that has been in her life for over 20 years.

To give a shout out to our favorite girl here is the link again to the ‘Lisa Deserves an Emmy’ Petition.
